週末の金曜日、いかがお過ごしでしょうか・・・

おしゃれバーは今夜も営業してます。

以前にもブログに書いたことあるんですけど、

金曜はものすごく暇なんです。

他のカフェオーナーさんなどに聞いてみても、

やっぱり同じようですねｗ

空いてるお店が好みの方に、おすすめかも＾＾

さてさて、今日も暑かったですね；；

熱中症も全国的に流行（？）してるようで

それも室内で熱中症にかかる方も多いようです。

無理しないでエアコンや扇風機を使うとか

水分の補給を十分おこなうなどの対策が必要です。

特に、水分補給ではポカリスエットといったものを

夏場好んで取る方も多いようですが、

あまりにも糖分が多すぎるので、お勧めできませんｗ

ミネラルウォーターに塩をほんのひとつまみ、

これで大丈夫です＾＾

あと、梅干などもよいでしょうね＾＾

来週もさらに暑くなりそう・・・

上手に夏を乗りきって行きたいですね＾＾
